Regulated Terms

If Horizon Energy grants you approval to connect distributed generation to our network and we do not enter into a connection contract with you within 30 business days of receiving written notice that you wish to proceed (or such other period as we may agree with you), then Horizon Energy will connect the distributed generation as soon as reasonably practical to our network on the Regulated Terms and, to the extent not inconsistent, our Standard Terms and Conditions of Connection.

Terms used in the Regulated Terms have the meanings given to them in the Regulations.

Horizon Energy may enter into a connection contract outside the Regulated Terms with you at any time by mutual agreement when the Regulated Terms apply.

Pricing Principles

If the Regulated Terms apply, Horizon Energy must determine the connection charges that are payable by you in accordance with the Pricing Principles specified in Schedule 4 to the Regulations. 

Dispute Resolution Process

The Dispute Resolution Process specified in Schedule 3 to the Regulations will apply to disputes between you and Horizon Energy arising from any alleged breach of the Regulations and, if the Regulated Terms apply, an alleged breach of the Regulated Terms.
