As the local electricity distributor in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, Horizon Energy is required to prepare and publish an updated “Security of Supply Participant Outage Plan”. This plan
describes the rolling outage strategy and methodology in responding to the supply shortage declared by the Electricity Commission, also details the load shedding and restoration
